Go all-American on your menu! You can't beat Salt Beef with Mustard & Pickles! It's one of this year's most popular fillings - so make sure it's on your menu.

  • Bake Kara’s Petit Pain Baguettes as per instructions. Slice lengthways and lightly toast under the grill. Set to one side.
  • Mix a little of the mustard with mayonnaise (to make the mustard mayo) and spread onto the base of the baguette.
  • Add a generous amount of sliced salt beef, top with pickles and finish with another drizzle of mustard.
  • Serve with a recommended IPA or a Cloudy Lemonade for a non-alcoholic alternative.

*Please note Kara’s Baguettes are supplied frozen for convenience. Defrost at room temperature for approximately 2 hours or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, store in a sealed pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and use within 2 days. This baguette can be eaten once defrosted but we recommend that it is refreshed for a few minutes in the oven (200°C, Gas Mark 6).
