Process

To create your sausage mummies, take Kara’s doughballs. For instructions on how to defrost our doughballs check out our product guide. Begin to roll the doughballs out into long strips.

Take your hot dogs and cut them in half. Wrap the long strips of dough around the hot dogs.

Before they go in the oven, take an egg yolk and brush over the dough with the egg mix. Place on a baking sheet and pop in the oven until the dough goes golden brown.

Serve with both ketchup and mustard.
