Ingredients
360g Doughballs
100ml Passata
15g Sundried Tomatoes
15g Olives, sliced
125g Mozzarella, grated
Process
Take Kara’s 270g doughball once proved and begin to roll out and shape into a heart.
We recommend shaping onto the baking tray itself.
Once the dough is shaped, place on the passata, tomatoes, olives and mozzarella. Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown. Serve.
