Brunch,

A sweet pizza covered in fruit, marshmallows and chocolate offers something a little different and more extravagant for a dessert option.
10 Mins
Ingredients
Kara doughballs
Seedless raspberry jam
Pink & white marshmallows
Fresh raspberries
Chocolate sauce
Process
Roll out the dough ball into a large round shape then prick with a fork and place in a pizza oven for around 8 minutes.
Remove the dough from the oven and top with a generous layer of raspberry jam (seedless is best). Add a generous number of marshmallows (a mix of pink and white) and some fresh raspberries.
Cook for a further 5 minutes or until the marshmallows have melted.
Finish with drizzles of chocolate sauce or a pot of dipping sauce on the side.
Top tip: Substitute the raspberries for strawberries when in season.
Storage & handling
Kara’s Doughballs should be stored frozen at -18°C or below. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
To defrost
Take the required amount of dough balls from the freezer and place 2″ (5cm) apart on a baking tray. To avoid the doughball skinning, cover with a lightly greased film and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Once defrosted, store in the fridge (5°C) and consume within two days.
