Pepperoni Pizza Burger

Ingredients

4 Kara Potato Buns

450g Minced Beef

450g Sausage Meat

200g Tomato Pasta Sauce

4 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

20 Slices Pepperoni

Parmesan Cheese optional

Butter

1 tbsp, oregano, basil, garlic

Process

  1. Mix mince beef, Italian sausage, and seasonings Divide into 200g portions. Flatten into patties that are about 1/2 inch larger than the buns. Grill your burgers about 4min on the first side.
  2. While burgers are grilling, heat the pasta sauce in a pan on med-low heat until warm. Heat pepperoni on a pan or on tinfoil on the grill for a couple minutes.
  3. Flip burgers and cook until you reach the correct temp, usually about 2 to 4 minutes. Top burger with sliced cheese about a minute before taking off the grill.
  4. Place Kara potato buns face down on the grill for a minute or two to toast.
  5. Add burgers to buns, spoon on tomato, add pepperoni & sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
