Neopolitan Meringue Bombs

Ingredients

500g, Lees Broken Meringues

200g, Strawberry Ice Cream

200g, Chocolate Ice Cream

200g, Vanilla Ice Cream

200g, Roasted Hazelnuts

200g, Nibbed Almonds

50ml, Chocolate or Toffee sauce

 

Process

1. Ball ice cream and re freeze

2. Break meringue into more crumbs

3. Remove ice cream from freezer and roll each flavoured ball in the meringue until coated

4. Place into a glass and sprinkle with roasted hazelnuts and nibbed almonds

5. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and grated chocolate
