Ingredients
270g Kara Doughballs
Nesquik, Banana, Chocolate and Strawberry – 20g of each.
70g Strawberry Jam
70g Lemon Curd
4 Cadbury Flakes, crushed
20g Sprinkles
200g Icing Sugar
50g Water
Process
Once your dough has proved (see our guide for instructions), tear into small pieces and roll into individual balls. Place on a baking tray 10cm apart and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
Take 3 bowls and pour in the icing sugar, 66g in each bowl. Add banana Nesquik to one bowl, chocolate to another and strawberry to the third. Add water to each bowl until you get the correct icing sugar consistency.
Once the dough is cool, slice open each doughball. For the lemon ball, place a teaspoon of lemon curd and top with the banana icing sugar and place on the lid.
For the strawberry, add strawberry jam and strawberry icing sugar. For chocolate, add the chocolate icing sugar and crushed flakes.
Assemble like profiteroles and top with sprinkles and serve.
