Leftover Bread Pancakes

Looking to use up leftover bread in your kitchen, try these bread pudding pancakes, top with left over condiments in your pantry to ensure nothing goes to waste.

Ingredients

4 Slices Fletchers White Bread- Crust removed

3 Eggs

200ml Milk

¾ tsp Baking Powder

¼ tsp Salt

Process

Place the bread into a food processor and blend until crumbs.

Stir in the remaining ingredients until you get a batter.

Heat a large pan and add oil.

Spoon in a mixture of the batter into the hot pan and flip when the base turns golden brown. Repeat the process until you have used all the batter.

Place the pancakes on top of each other and top with yours or your customers favourite toppings, we used oranges, pomegranate and syrup for an Easter feel.
