Ingredients

For the Salad

Kale

Pomegranate

Chickepeas

Cashews (optional)

Feta Cheese, crumbled

Cucumber, chopped

 

Salad Dressing- Pomegranate vinaigrette

4 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses

2 tbsp Wine Vinegar

4 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp Honey

Process

For the salad, toss all the ingredients into a large bowl.

For the salad dressing,  whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Pour the dressing over the salad and top with chashews.

Serve with Kara’s part baked petit pains- make sure they are warm to allow for more comforting textures.
