This green goddess burger is set to be a hit for those looking to pack more greens into their diet. Simple to make, yet the perfect menu addition.

Ingredients
4 Brioche Buns
200g Greek-style yogurt, preferably whole milk yogurt
2 tbps finely chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
½ teaspoon salt,
1 garlic clove, minced
4 quarter pounder burgers
2 avocados, deseeded and sliced
100g Tender stem broccoli, wilted,
100g Rocket
1 tbsp curry powder
Process
Allow your burgers to get to room temperature for 30 mins before frying. Heat your grill or pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot and add the quarter pounder burgers.
Once cooked leave to stand, whilst the pan is still hot, toss in the wilted broccoli and add 1 tablespoon of curry powder.
For the yoghurt sauce mix the Greek yoghurt, mint leaves, olive oil, lime juice, salt, minced garlic together.
In a small bowl, add your rocket and toss with 1 tablespoon of oil and salt.
Being to toast your buns
To assemble, take your grilled brioche, add 1 teaspoon of yogurt sauce to the base, add the broccoli, patty, sliced avocado, rocket and top with more yoghurt sauce. Add the lid and serve.
