2 Kara Gourmet Seeded Brioche
4 Beef Burgers
8 Cheese Slices
200g Lettuce, chopped
For the sauce
4 Tbs Mayo
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Dash of Sea Salt
Chives to top with *optional
To create your Garlic Burger, fry your burgers on a hot grill. Once they’re cooked to how your customers prefer, add on a slice of cheese or two on top of each patty.
Take your Kara Brioche Buns and begin to place under a grill, until they become golden.
Mix all the ingredients required for the sauce together and leave to one side
To assemble the burger, take the base of the bun and spoon on some of the garlic sauce. Place a handful of lettuce and a burger patty, followed by another generous helping of sauce and a burger patty. Place on the lid of the bun and serve with seasoned fries.
