227g Clotted Cream

180g Milk Chocolate

4 Lees Meringues

Process

  1. Take your Kara milk buns and grill for 2 minutes
  2. Take the base of the buns and fill with clotted cream and place on the bun lid
  3. Over the top, drizzle melted chocolate and broken meringue pieces
  4. Serve with a caramel drizzle and raspberry
