Chicken Goujon Deli Roll

Our Crispy Chicken Goujon Roll is topped with a rich tartare sauce for a punch of flavour. The perfect meal addition the children’s menu!

4 mini chicken goujons



For the tartare sauce:

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp gherkins, finely chopped

1 tbsp capers, finely chopped

1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Lemon juice

Sea salt


Cook Chicken Goujons according to pack instructions (to make them healthy, bake them as this is a great thing to mention on menus!).

If you’re not using a ready-made version, make the tartare sauce by mixing the gherkins, capers, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley and sea salt.

Lightly toast the Quattro Deli Roll. Add a thin layer of mayonnaise onto the base of the roll then some fresh, crisp lettuce (like Cos or Romaine). Next add the chicken goujons and finish with a couple of spoons of tartare sauce. Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon on the side.

Top Tip: Replace the chicken with gourmet fish fingers or to make it vegan, some bread-crumbed tofu. To make this recipe even simpler, use a ready-made Tartare Sauce!
