Cheesy Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

270g Kara Doughballs

100g Butter

50g Oregano, dried

100g Pepperoni Slices

200g Mozzarella

100g Parmesan, grated

200ml Tomato Sauce

80g Fresh Basil

100g Sun Dried Tomatoes

50ml Olive Oil

Process

To create your cheesy pizza rolls, roll out your doughballs  into thin rectangles. Melt the butter and mix together with oregano and seasoning.

Spread the butter mix over the dough, and sprinkle with plenty of mozzarella. Layer on top the pepperoni slices and sun dried tomatoes.

Roll up the dough tightly and place into the fridge to set. Once set, cut into finger length pieces. Place onto a baking tray and brush each slice of dough with egg. Once coated, sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese.

Bake until golden and serve with a tangy tomato sauce.
