Caramel Brioche Pudding

1 Gourmet Brioche Bun, diced

100g butter

150g castor sugar

100ml water

300ml cream

Fresh berries

Icing sugar for dusting


Carefully dice Kara Gourmet Brioche Buns into small, bite-sized pieces.

Over a gentle heat, add the butter, water and sugar to a pan and continuously stir until golden brown. This is your caramel.

Once golden brown, turn off the heat, add the diced brioche buns and fold into the mixture.

Take a dessert dish of your choice and serve with ice cream or cream. For an even tastier treat, top the Caramel Brioche Pudding with cream, fresh berries and a light dusting of icing sugar.
