A show-stopper of a pudding and a great way to extend your menu using a core ingredient - gourmet brioche.
Lightly toast the brioche.
On the base of the brioche, spread a generous layer of the raspberry jam.
Take a warm piece of chocolate brownie and place on top. Next add a couple of spoonfuls of whipped cream.
Finish off with some sliced strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Serve dusted with icing sugar and topped with a strawberry coated in a sweet sugar syrup.
Top Tip: You may wish to make a Chantilly Cream with the addition of a little vanilla. Alternatively, add in a little icing sugar to the cream to sweeten. Serve on slate for the best colour contrast.
