Carefully dice Kara’s Gourmet Brioche Bun into small bite size pieces.
In a pan over a gentle heat, add the butter, water and sugar and continuously stir until golden brown. This is your caramel.
Once golden brown, turn off the heat, add the diced brioche and fold into the mixture.
Serve in a dessert dish of your choosing and top with ice cream or cream, and you choice of toppings.
We chose cream, fresh berries all dusted with icing sugar.
