- Slice and grill Kara’s Gourmet Potato Bun until golden brown.
- Pour the zesty burger sauce onto the base of the burger bun.
- Wilt the kale by placing it in a pre-heated pan, add 1/2 cup of water and boil with the lid on for two minutes. Once wilted, add the kale to the burger bun.
- Add the cooked burger patty of your choice (we used a meat patty, but vegan and veggie burgers will still work great).
- Melt some shredded mozzarella on top and layer this on the patty.
- Add the lightly grilled peaches to the top and finish with a drizzle of sweet honey.
