If you're a restaurant looking for a sweet fruity twist to your burger options, this fruity combination will set your menus alight! Using Kara's Gourmet Potato bun, the Peechy Keen Burger is the ultimate dinner meal.

  • Slice and grill Kara’s Gourmet Potato Bun until golden brown.
  • Pour the zesty burger sauce onto the base of the burger bun.
  • Wilt the kale by placing it in a pre-heated pan, add 1/2 cup of water and boil with the lid on for two minutes. Once wilted, add the kale to the burger bun.
  • Add the cooked burger patty of your choice (we used a meat patty, but vegan and veggie burgers will still work great).
  • Melt some shredded mozzarella on top and layer this on the patty.
  • Add the lightly grilled peaches to the top and finish with a drizzle of sweet honey.
  • Place the lid of the bun on top and voila! Serve immediately with a simple salad.
