Mushroom Sourdough Bruschetta

A simple yet flavoursome dish to tingle the taste buds. Served on Kara's Artisan Sourdough Loaf this dish is great for brunch and starter menus.

Begin to heat a pan on a low heat with the melted butter.

Whilst the pan is heating, slice the mushrooms and place into the heated pan along with the garlic, chopped thyme, salt and pepper to taste.

Take Kara’s White Artisan Sourdough Loaf and slice. Toast the sliced pieces of bread.

Once toasted, place the mushrooms from the pan on to each slice of bread. Then begin to top with the shredded mozzarella.

Grill each slice until the mozzarella starts to go golden brown in colour.

Serve with a simple salad and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
