The perfect starter option for any Christmas sharing menu. Serve Kara's crazy garlic bread warm with camembert or dipping sauces.
For the Bread
To prepare your Kara Doughballs follow stages 1-3 in our brochure here
Once you Doughball is ready, divide into mini balls, these do not have to be of equal size
In a bowl, combine the butter and minced garlic and pour in the now mini dough pieces and coat with the mixture.
Layer the buttery pieces into a greased small square/rectangular baking tin. Cover loaves and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Once ready to go in the oven bake at 200° for 25 minutes or until golden brown- you may need to adjust time and temp to match your oven.
For the Camembert
Unwrap 250g camembert from its packaging, then place back into its box.
Bake on a baking tray for 20 mins
Serve the gooey camembert with the warm garlic crazy bread for dipping.
