
Baguette – White Petit Pain Fully Baked
A fully baked French style white petit pain with a traditional straight surface burst cut.
Store Frozen at -18ºC or below.
To defrost: Keep frozen until use. To defrost: remove from case and leave in bag at room temperature for approximately 2 hours, or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, store in a sealed pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once defrosted use within 2 days
Once defrosted do not refreeze.
Best served: This product can be eaten once defrosted. Alternative-ly pop in an oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 for a few minutes to warm through.
