Storage and Handling
Store Frozen at -18°C or below.
To defrost: Removed from packaging and collar. Allow to defrost at room temperature for 4-6 hours. Serve at room temperature.
Once defrosted store in a cool dry place, under a dome or in a cabinet. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Shelf life once defrosted: 3 days
